We would like to congratulate all of year 6. Your Confirmation services were lovely. We were all so very proud of you. Bishop Byre even said it was the best he has ever been to!!!

The Feast Day of the Sacred Heart.
This Friday is the feast day of the sacred heart.
We pray "O sacred heart of Jesus, pray for us".
Confirmation on Monday and on Tuesday
This will take place on Monday evening and Tuesday evening at 7:00pm.
Children we are praying for you as you make this next step on your faith journey.
Don't forget your thinking and recapping homework!!!
On Monday morning you will be asked to explain the following:
About the gifts of the Spirit and what they are
About the fruits of the Spirit and how we might show them.
What the symbols of baptism are and how they link to Confirmation
About the Rites of Confirmation
About your Saint name and why you chose it.
Be ready to talk about these in as much detail as you can!!!!!!

Saints Project
Remember that your Confirmation saints project NEEDS to be ready for your presentation on the Tuesday back after half term. (2nd June.) We would like to know which saint you have picked as your Confirmation name, why and how you hope to live your life in a similar way.
