Well Done Year 6!

Well done to all the Year 6 children and all members of staff for our fantastic retreat to Alton Castle. We learnt a huge amount about our theme 'Discipleship'. We will be sharing our favourite experiences when we are back in school.
Our Alton Castle assembly will be a week on Tuesday.

RE

In our RE lesson tomorrow we will be looking at the styles of writing we find in the bible. How many do you know?

Our Art Work

 

We have been sketching what we can see in our local environment. We have looked at both man-made and naturally occurring features.

 

 

 

 

We will be using these sketches and our focus on texture in our work on landscapes.

Our Retreat to Alton Castle

We will be setting off on our retreat to Alton Castle on Wednesday morning. Please include everything on your kit list.

We return on Friday evening.
From Monday 221st  we will spend the day considering the word 'disciple'. What makes you a disciple of Christ? How did our retreat help your faith journey?
